The Subtle Art of Living

In this world, there are more preachers than the problem itself. For the same set of problems people say different things, but do we really need to listen to all of them? If not then whom to listen. The choices seem to be confusing all the time and we are often perplexed about the decision.
Ok, so what to do?
One simple way to decide is to hear your body and heart in concurrence with your brain.
So the combinations be like :
                                     1. Body+Brain
                                     2. Heart+Brain
Option 1. is to be chosen when a decision about the physical well being of the individual. Say for instance you want to do jogging but your legs hurt, that means your body is indicating some weakness that me related to bone strength(calcium deficiency), so instead of listening to people that how much you must run what food you should take, one must listen to body call, and see if the food or the type of exercise suits your body, else try something else.

Option 2. must be chosen when it comes to mental health. Many of the problems can be generalised like breakups, loss in business, the pressure at the workspace, poor performance in exam or failure in some entrance test as they give you many more opportunities, at the same time many problems are so personal they cannot be generalized and often the solutions are given by others cannot be directly adopted. Problems like a bad marriage, loss of loved ones, loss of body parts at peak of career, etc. In such situations, you have to decide the parameters of tolerance for your own, only you with your heart and logic take you out of the situations. So you must act wisely and patiently in such situations. Listening else can ignite your mind but the dare to implement has to come from within with all analysis of loss and gain.
